We're based in the SF Bay Area and serve San Francisco, the Peninsula, East Bay (Oakland, Berkeley, Fremont), South Bay (San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale), and Marin County. Delivery is included within 30 miles of San Francisco on most packages. Travel fees apply beyond that radius — contact us for a quote.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for most events. For weddings and large corporate events, booking 2–3 months ahead is ideal to ensure your date is secured and there's time to design your custom frames. We do occasionally have last-minute availability — reach out and we'll let you know!
Originating from Korean photo culture (네컷사진), the 4-cut format takes 4 sequential photos in one session and prints them as a vertical strip — two side-by-side pairs. It's become hugely popular globally for its fun, candid aesthetic and collectible format. Our booths produce the same quality you'd find in Korea's most famous photo studios.
Setup typically takes 45–60 minutes before your event start time. Teardown takes about 30 minutes after. We coordinate directly with your venue to make sure this happens smoothly and doesn't interfere with your event timeline. Our team handles everything — you don't need to do a thing.
Absolutely — custom frames are included in every package. You can provide us with your event logo, date, color scheme, or theme and we'll create a design for your approval before the event. We can also match your wedding stationery, brand guidelines, or any aesthetic direction.
Yes! Every session generates a QR code on the print strip that guests can scan to instantly download their high-resolution digital photos to their phone. All photos from the event are also compiled into a private digital gallery that we send to you (the host) the morning after your event.
The Portable Classic is our versatile, compact booth — perfect for any venue and event type. It uses a front-facing camera for classic portrait-style photos. The High Angle booth features an elevated overhead camera that captures a uniquely flattering aerial perspective and creates a more visually distinctive look. The High Angle booth is available on our All Night package or as an upgrade.
The booth needs one standard power outlet (110V), a clear space of roughly 6×6 feet, and ideally some wall or backdrop space behind it. WiFi or ethernet access is preferred for digital delivery features but is not strictly required. We're happy to do a venue walkthrough call with you before the event to make sure everything is set.
We require a 30% deposit to hold your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, and ACH transfer. For large corporate bookings, we can arrange custom payment terms — reach out to discuss.
